They had racked on a bunch of late fees to my account as well for not paying the pet related charges. They sent these charges to a collections agency where it was going to be submitted if I didn¢t pay, and severely effect my credit. I attempted numerous times to ask for proof of my signature on a new pet addendum that gave them the right to do this, and they never could. I escalated this issue to timberland partners and within a day these wrongful fees were dropped from my account.
